The room photo you upload, the processed product reference, and the results are kept in our database and storage for at most 7 days: they stop being active on day 6 and are deleted before day 7.

Unless Zero Data Retention has been confirmed separately for the exact production project or model, OpenAI's abuse-monitoring retention may extend to 30 days. See the details in OpenAI Data Controls.

The Live Demo creates an anonymous identity and grants 5 credits per browser profile. Clearing cookies or using an incognito window may create a new identity. Anonymous identities and abuse-prevention rate-limit records are kept for at most 30 days.

Contact form

We use your name, company, email or phone, message, and campaign UTM attribution solely to schedule a demo and to get in touch. The record is kept for at most 180 days.

Meta Pixel and ad measurement

Our public pages run the Meta Pixel. It reports page views, WhatsApp contact attempts, and successful form submissions to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), sets an _fbp cookie in your browser, and reads _fbc if you reached us from an ad. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to advertise on Meta's platforms.

When you submit the form we send the same event from our server as well (Conversions API). Your name, email, and phone are sent only as SHA-256 hashes, along with your IP address, your browser's User-Agent, and the cookies above. Both copies carry the same identifier, so Meta counts them as one event.

To limit this, adjust your Meta ad settings or block cookies and scripts in your browser — the site works fully either way.

Google Analytics

Our public pages run Google Analytics 4. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they arrived from. It sets its own cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address in truncated form, your browser and device type, and the pages you viewed. Your name, email, and phone are never passed to Google Analytics.

You can opt out with Google's official browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
